This page describes new features of forthcoming releases:

- plugins manager
- after-install package manager that allows to add, remove, reconfigure, etc. packages after successful installation of an application
- development applications can be installed directly, no need to create a bundle first and then install the bundle in the production section
- E_ALL support
- cleaner themes architecture (separate images and icons packages used by theme package's header, footer, CSS)
- blue KDE theme which is more neutral for out-of-the box usage by third-party companies
